office to get a request form. Call (252)633-6688 during our regular office hours and ask the volunteer to send you a "request for counseling" form. It will be mailed to you. After you complete it, return it to us, and we receive it, a counselor will be in touch with you. You can also call at other times and leave your name and full address on our answering machine. |
